  • Safety means taking active steps to protect children and vulnerable adults before harm occurs.

  • Compassion means listening to survivors, believing them, and putting their well-being ahead of an organization's reputation.

  • Courage means ministry leaders standing up to institutional self-protection and insisting on accountability, no matter what it costs.
