Executive Director

Founded in 2004, GRACE is a nonprofit dedicated to equipping Christian communities to recognize, prevent, and respond appropriately to abuse. Through training, education, and investigation, we promote safeguarding, accountability, and compassionate care for survivors. We believe every faith-based community can fulfill its responsibility to protect and care for the vulnerable with proper preparation and guidance. GRACE is seeking an Executive Director who is deeply aligned with our mission and values. This leader will provide overall leadership for the organization, including strategic direction, finance, fundraising, staff development, marketing and external relations, while fostering a culture of collaboration, humility, compassion, and trust.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Nonprofit management or relevant leadership experience 

  • Proven track record of fundraising 

  • Knowledge and understanding of abuse prevention, trauma response, and trauma-informed care 

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree 

  • Skill at forging relationships across diverse communities 

  • Strong public speaking, writing, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills
